Before launching his real estate career in Canada, Koussei played a key role in growing his family’s second-generation business, FALA Group, based in Dubai. Established in 1997, FALA Group has become a prominent name across industries including transportation, demolition, general contracting, real estate, F&B, agriculture, medical trading, education, industrial development, and investments. With over 4,000 employees, the company has contributed to some of the most iconic projects in Dubai, primarily serving the public sector and building bridges between the UAE and Canada.

By the age of 28, Koussei was running multiple successful businesses in Dubai, earning a strong reputation for his sales acumen and leadership. His transition to real estate was nothing short of remarkable—earning Rookie of the Year at Royal LePage in 2020 after closing 100 deals in just 10 months.

Koussei is fluent in English and Arabic, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset, unmatched drive, and mentorship spirit to the team. As a dedicated family man, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Haneen and their two children, Sophia and Ihsan.
