I’m Ishil Demirel, and my journey is a colorful mosaic shaped by international experiences, entrepreneurial ventures, and a deep-rooted passion for helping people find their place.

Born and raised in Turkey, I graduated from the prestigious University of Malaya in Malaysia with a degree in Teaching English as a Second Language. During my six enriching years in Southeast Asia, I didn’t just study—I thrived. I led events, fostered international community connections, and sharpened the cross-cultural communication skills that continue to guide my work today.

When I moved to Canada with my husband, I launched and ran a successful textile business. For over three years, I navigated the competitive world of sales, marketing, and client management, learning firsthand what it takes to build trust, deliver value, and create lasting client relationships.

That same entrepreneurial spirit, paired with my lifelong passion for education and service, naturally led me to real estate.

As an immigrant, a business owner, and now a proud mother of two daughters, I understand that home is not just about square footage—it’s about belonging, safety, and opportunity.
